“Bury Me Behind The Baseboard” by Roman Boklanov

The story of a boy named Sasha Savelyev, who lives with his grandparents. His childhood is anything but peaceful and carefree: Sasha is surrounded by the tyrannical love and despotism of his closest relatives.

Their home is a veritable battlefield, where the family wages a particularly cruel war against itself. What is the price of the love found in this way?

Director and performer: Roman Boklanov (previously worked as a director at the Bolshoi Puppet Theater in St. Petersburg, as an actor at the “Old House” Theater in Novosibirsk, and has directed plays at the Alexandrinsky Theater, as well as theaters in Moscow, Kaliningrad, Arkhangelsk, Almaty, and many other cities).

The play “Bury Me Behind the Baseboard” has already been seen by audiences in Vienna, Bremen, Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Belgrade, Barcelona, ​​and other cities.
