DESCRIPTION:Atelier de danse « Le plaisir qui donne envie de vivre » \nCet atelier propose une introduction à l’improvisation en danse contemporaine à travers des consignes de mouvement guidées et une exploration personnelle. Les participant·e·s seront invité·e·s à exprimer des émotions et des sensations\, à interpréter des mots par le mouvement\, et à développer leur conscience corporelle dans un espace partagé\, bienveillant et sécurisé. \nAucune expérience en danse n’est requise : l’atelier est ouvert aux non-danseur·se·s comme aux amateur·rice·s. Tout le monde est bienvenu. \nTenue : vêtements confortablesPratique : pieds nus ou en chaussettes \nMerci de vous inscrire ici. \n*** \nDance Workshop “The pleasure that makes you want to live” \nThis workshop offers an introduction to contemporary dance improvisation through guided movement tasks and personal exploration. Participants will discover how to express their feelings and emotions\, and how to interpret words through body awareness\, using creativity and expressive freedom within a shared\, safe space. \nNo previous dance experience is required.
